KMG Egypt in October 2025, after more than 25 years of proven track record of success across diverse industries, including food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, construction, and technology startups.She has held leadership positions at companies like Kellogg’s Egypt, LafargeHolcim Egypt,Kraft Foods Egypt, Novartis Egypt and CEMEX Egypt and Spain.
Nihal provides consulting services for ILO, UNWomen Jordan, and Korn Ferry. She is a certified instructor for HR disciplines, DEI, and Talent Review & Succession Planning.
