With 24 years of training experience in the corporate,public and educational sectors, facilitating, coaching and delivering a wide variety of business and self-development topics to employees, managers and senior managers Doaa has a solid and well-rounded history. She getting certified with the PC-TEFLA from the CACE AUC.Leading her to Amideast Egypt being her first professional step. For six exceptionally productive years. Training a wide variety of clients ranging from undergrads to supervisors and managers.
Engaging the trainees in workshops,roleplays and various class activities to ensure a rich learning environment and knowledge share. Fast forward twenty years later, multiple multinational NGOs, USAID funded projects, long hours of training development,and an IF coaching certificate. Doaa is currently working with the corporate sector, banks and a wide variety of businesses in creating training material and providing tailored training workshops. Most recently cooperating with ELSA Business School providing training sessions for MBA students.
